Guided Meditation

If you’re new to guided meditation, or have been practicing for years, you’re sure to discover new aspects of yourself during our monthly group sessions.

Bring your yoga mat and journal - together we’ll explore a myriad of themes such as exploring your inner purpose, getting to know your guides, cultivating a sense of ease, and more!

Sessions are hosted in The Light Studio. Weather and interest permitting, sessions will also be held on the Forest Platform or within the Stone Circle.
