Rooted Seasons: A Guided Forest Bathing Experience | August 18
Tuesday, August 18 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm
Grand Adventures + The Forest presents: a gentle and immersive forest bathing experience designed to help you reconnect with nature, yourself, and a community of like-minded women. When was the last time you spent two hours without checking a notification, answering a question, or thinking about what comes next? Many women spend their days moving from screen to screen, task to task, caring for everyone except themselves. This afternoon in the forest offers something different. A chance to slow your pace, soften your attention, and reconnect with the natural world, and yourself.
Guided by an internationally trained energy healer and environmental scientist, Heather of The Forest and co-hosted by Amber of Grand Adventures, this small-group experience invites you to slow down and engage your senses through a series of guided invitations, mindful observation, reflection, and connection.
Guided and nature-immersed meditation. No hiking experience required. No special equipment needed. Just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to spend time in the forest.

Angels - Landing presents a 3 hour retreat to reflect, restore, and realign. Carry the best parts of the summer into the season ahead.
As summer begins its gentle turn toward autumn, we pause: to reflect on the warmth, the lessons, the laughter, the rest, the resilience. Before life asks us to move into a new rhythm, we take time to notice what has nourished us and choose what we will carry forward.
This mini-retreat will give us an opportunity to practice breath, gentle flow movement, restorative fascial release for the hips and upper back, and conclude with an indulgent guided relaxation/savasana. We will also include a walking forest meditation, if Mother Nature is on board, as well as a few surprises.

Guided Meditation: Stone Beings | August 24
Monday, August 24 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm
Do you have a favourite stone? Or several? Have you ever tried to connect with them intentionally on a deeper level? Join us in The Light Studio for this truly unique experience of connecting with Stone Beings through meditation and deep understanding.
For the first mediation, you’ll work with one stone from your collection to better understand its essence and its messages for you. During the second meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a Scottish stone, ethically sourced from Scotland by Heather of The Forest herself. Both mediations will take you deep into connection with a truly unique, and often overlooked, entity.
If you’ve never worked with Stone Beings before, this experience will be truly one of a kind!

Have you ever been curious about Tarot but weren't sure where to begin? Perhaps you've purchased a deck that's still sitting in its box, or you've always been fascinated by the cards but felt intimidated by where to start. If so, I'd love to invite you to join me for a very special Tarot for Beginners workshop this August at The Forest.
This intimate, hands-on class is designed for those who are completely new to tarot, as well as anyone looking to build confidence in understanding the language of the cards. Together, we'll explore: the history of Tarot, the Major Arcana, the Minor Arcana, signs, symbols, archetypes, numerology and how better trust your own intuitive interpretation. There will also be opportunities to practice reading the cards for yourself and for others in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
To ensure a personal experience with plenty of individual guidance, this workshop is limited to the first six people who contact me.
