I’m Heather, a 20+ year Environmental Scientist who felt a deep calling to blend my scientific background with my passion for intuitive practice, energetic healing, and leadership coaching.

My own journey of connecting with nature has been profoundly transformative, and I knew I wanted to help others experience that same sense of kinship.

That’s why I’ve cultivated this space —> a place where you can connect with nature and yourself in ways that feel meaningful for you.

Our location is only a short drive from Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, London, Hamilton and Toronto so you don’t have to go far to find a peaceful, restorative environment.
