Mornings with Intention

Designed for the 45+ crowd, our small group sessions offer a weekly connection with nature. Join us for a serene woodland stroll and forest bathing, followed by a discussion on topics like vitality, ecosystem interconnection, and life goals. Each session concludes with a short meditation and journaling exercise.

Our mornings are fun, engaging, and open to all experience levels.

Come solo, or with friends!

Each package includes four weekly 1.5 hour sessions. Both indoor and forested components available (weather dependent).

Wednesdays - June 4, 11, 18, and 25
